ZT Range – with torque density transferable up to 14 Nm / cm3 per spindle
ZT type gearboxes are designed for a wide range of applications and requirements from 300 rpm to 900 rpm in typical applications, from 25 rpm to 200 rpm in low speed applications (ZT2 and ZT3 are required). This series is suitable for center distances from 24 mm to 200 mm. Larger sizes can be manufactured upon request.
TST Range
Due to the manufacturers’ need to increase the power ratios of extruders rotating in the same direction, the TST (double Super Torque) series is a torque distribution system where it is possible to increase the output speed (up to 1800 rpm) and the transmitted torque density (up to 16 Nm / cm3)
Currently, TST series gearbox sizes are available from 20 mm to 120 mm between axes. However, larger sizes are also planned.
TST-HD Series (High Density) – This new series of gearboxes, which can meet torque densities of more than 18 Nm / cm3 per shaft, are at the highest level in the world. Contact Zambello for available dimensions.
