Gearboxes for Single Screw Extruders
Gearboxes for ZPE series single screw extruders place Zambello at the top level in the world as the torque that the gearbox will carry according to its weight and length. The series of this range has been completed and the smallest body gearbox is from 90 (for extruders with a screw diameter of 25 to 30 mm) to the largest body gearbox 630 (for a large extruder with a screw diameter of 300 to 400 mm). The quality of this range owes entirely to the design and manufacture of gears made and controlled in the Zambello factory and parts supplied from Europe’s most important suppliers. Thanks to its constant stock of spare parts, Zambello can be quick and punctual in delivery times.

The ZPE range offers 3 different series:

• ZPE1 for high speeds (bond ratio = 2 i = 6.3)
• ZPE2 for medium speeds (ratio i = 6.3 i = 28)
• ZPE3 for medium and low speeds (ratio of bond i = 6.3 i = 125)
