What makes this new MNP3 series products flexible is that Zambello works in standard and partially changing applications as well as in accordance with customer needs. MNP3 series gearboxes are specially produced to drive screws for injection presses. These products are suitable for entry at low speeds, providing high torque transfer, low noise level and efficiency over 95%. The axis distance between the driver (electric motor) and the output (cylinder and screw) is very large and it has 3 stages, which prevents various parts from touching each other during connection. Extreme precision during grinding and control of gears (according to AGMA 11-DIN 3) enables powerful electric motors to be connected to small and light gearboxes at high speeds (3000 rpm).
